Orders are usually delivered the same day or the next day, depending on order placement time and the delivery location.

Shipping rates are based on geographical area:

Jahra, 10th Area, and Ahmadi: 3 KD

Um Al-Hayman: 4 KD

All other areas: 2 KD

Exceptions: Some areas are currently outside the delivery range due to high shipping costs. These areas include:

Digital cards or licensed software cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

You may return new products within 14 days of the invoice date, provided they are in their original condition, unopened, and unused.

Used products are warranted from the invoice date: 30 days for software and 14 days for hardware (repair or replacement), and they can be returned within 3 days only with the original invoice.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs stated on the "Invoice" in the case of returns or exchanges, even if the purchase was made during a free shipping promotion.
