Return & Exchange

Digital cards or licensed software cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

New products can be returned within 14 days from the invoice date, provided they are in their original condition, unopened, and unused.

Used products are warranted from the date of purchase invoice: 30 days for software and 14 days for hardware (repair or replacement) and they can be returned within 3 days only (in case of a technical defects requiring it) and with the original invoice.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs stated on the "Invoice" in the case of returns or exchanges, even if the purchase was made during a free shipping promotion.
