Digital cards or licensed software cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

New products can be returned within 14 days from the invoice date, provided they are in their original condition, unopened, and unused.

Used products sold through the website or showroom can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the invoice date, as long as they are in good condition and function properly as sold.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs stated on the "Shipping Policy" page in the case of returns or exchanges, even if the purchase was made during a free shipping promotion.
